Fun on the Ice!

We went ice skating yesterday up in Whitefish. We had a great time and the boys did awesome on the ice. We went with 2 other friends families, so the boys were doing some serious rough housing on the ice! Brady can't wait to start hockey! Grandpa and Grandma didn't skate this time, but helped with Eli and took pics. Thanks!!!

Yesterday we made use of the Christmas sales, and the boys used their gift cards from Grandpa & Grandma Thorness. Thanks for the gifts G'pa and G'ma! Enjoy the pics as they are enjoying the gifts!

Christmas Day!

Christmas morning started really early and was still dark out even after all the present opening!!! The boys loved everything and had a great time with Grandma & Grandpa!!!

Jama Time!

Our boys have always gotten a new pair of PJ's on Christmas Eve. This year I got them PJ's that are slightly too big, but they always seem to grow into them really quickly! The non-silly pic of them turned our blurry so you are fortunate to be able to see the silly one!!!!

Christmas Eve!

We had a wonderful Christmas Eve day! Just hanging out around the house with Grandma andGrandpa. Then at 2pm we went to a Christmas Eve service. We were home at about 4pm and then had a very relaxing evening at home. We made homemade pizza's and drank root beer and opened just a couple gifts.

Christmas with Bop and Nan!

We had early Christmas with Bop and Nan yesterday! A day of sledding, skating, skiing and a yummy meal, what more could you ask for? Bapak's summer fun - pool and water slide hill has turned into a winter wonderland of fun! Really big sledding hill - good for downhill skiing and snowboarding too. The pool has turned into a perfect hockey practice rink. The boys had a great time with it all and I think Bop and Eric had just as much fun! Thanks mom and dad for a fun day!

Gingerbread House!

We made our gingerbread house today! Please don't laugh at the sloppy frosting job. I cut the hole in the frosting bag too big, oops. The boys had fun putting the candy on though.

Ok, so it is really hard to get Colt and Eli to smile at the same time!!!!

But I got a good one!

My First Mommy Decorated Tree!

This year was the first year that we got two Christmas trees! Last year I bought really pretty red and gold ball ornaments at Target the day after Christmas. So I was really excited to get my tree up in the livingroom. Simple yet pretty!

First Snow Fun!

I picked up a couple snow brick molds at Walmart, but missed the actual castle the boys built. I did get some really good action shots of the boys destroying the bricks. It's amazing how long the boys can be content with very little snow!

Our Adventurous Christmas Tree Hunt!

We had a great time getting our trees this year. Usually we have plenty of snow to hike through, but not this year! There was just enough to make it slick for our trek down the hill (the way down was before the tree)
