Can't Catch Up!

Well, I was going to attempt to catch up on my blog, but way too much time has passed and it would take WAY too long! So all that to say, I will really try to write a little update every once in a while. NO promises, but I will try!

Our Pink Lady!

So we switched things up a bit this time! Instead of buying a trailer to live in during remodeling, we bought an older motorhome. Why not have the most space possible:-/! (kidding) Eric found this motorhome on craigslist over in Spokane. So we made the short journey over there to pick it up. I was shocked by the amount of pink in this motorhome, but very relieved by how clean it was. Which for me trumps the pink! The boys aren't crazy about the color, but it hasn't stopped them from pretending it is their "tour bus" for their band. So this 27ft. motorhome will be our "home" for a couple months. It's summer (or supposedly it is :)) so I can do it!
Please don't be too jealous of my home!!!! :-) Literally wall to wall pink!!!

Oh, except the cabinets, they aren't pink! The countertop has a built-in blender, so posh! (doesn't work right now, but Eric is determined to make it work)

Why not add another warm body to the motorhome living????

Since we are moving into a motorhome for about 2 months, while our house is being remodeled. We thought "why not add another warm body to the mix?" So we went and bought a lap dog. First of all, I never thought I would have an indoor dog, yet alone a lap dog! But I caved and thought "what better time then now?!?!?!" So here is our trek to get our little dog.

The drive up to Essex which is past West Glacier. Beautiful drive!

Eli and little Boo Boo (Boo for short, she is a yorkie)

Kennel life!

Boo, she is a very sweet dog and I am sure she will love our cramped living quarters for a couple months! I will post a couple pics of our new "home"!

This Old House!!!

It may be old, but it is ours!!!!! We have walked through opened doors and feel so very blessed to see God's hand in it all! We have not actually paid for our house yet, but received word from the contractor who is buying the property, that it is a GO! So we will be moving this house onto the property we purchased. If all goes as "planned" it will be on our property by mid-June. It is a 1920 home, so lots of TLC is needed. But we are very excited about the possibilities! The move will be documented:-) Thanks for the prayers!

The green steps will not stay! :-)
